Proposal
Workshop
Our Design Alchemy Workshop helps us identify what design offers best suit your specific goals. Together we audit your current brand, provide you with immersive strategy and creative direction.
The first step to working with us is to fill out our Client Inquiry Application and have a Discovery Call. You’ve done that! This lets us know briefly who you are and how we may best serve you.

Kickoff
Agreements
Once you identify the right proposal for your project, we will send you our welcome package with your contract and invoice to celebrate the kickoff of our project. Your Design Alchemy Workshop is deducted from the final scope.
After we send your our Strategy & Creative Direction presentation, we’ll provide a unique project proposal for you, including different price points and scopes of work, valid for 30 days.
Launch!
Design
We make sure you have all of the tools confidently. We’ll put together an in-depth guide that outlines exactly how to use each design element consistently and strategically, as well as provide any chosen collateral for launch!
We’ll begin the design process with a clear direction, exploring different directions that align with your values, audience, and goals. We’ll likely go through 1–2 rounds of refining concepts so you feel confident and clear in our design choices.
